They sent me a letter to come in for an interview. I've been waiting almost a year for this. Now I'm
Already in a new apartment. So I won't be going for the interview. Congrats to everyone who got in.

Went on my interview July 11th. Gave money order and all. Sent in notarized asset clarification, termination letter for a job I quit.. And was still told i was put on a waiting list. They better mail me back my $25 money order. Matterfact! I got time today. I will be ringing off everybody phones because I know I did EVERYTHING! Fit the income criteria and all. I just don't think I fit my interviewer's idea of who HE wanted to put in the development. And nah I'm not just talking smack read back in July when I had my interview.. I been said it was done unprofessionally etc... Funny thing is I would still move in there if given the opportunity. All the new people interviewing good luck.

@redbone I spoke to a lady named Mina... she said hdc is no longer accepting NYCHA applicants. So if your preference is P3 (like mine) allegedly HDC is not even gonna look at ya file. I need a contact number at HDC. Because I'm finding it hard to believe that a development built on a NYCHA space, given by the city to the developer with instructions to make sure NYCHA gets preference and then still some how now they don't want NYCHA people? It doesn't make sense. If ANYBODY reading this can give me a number or email to someone at HDC I'd truly appreciate it.

That's crazy because I spoke to Mina last week and she never told me that and I'm NYCHA as well. She just said that my file is still being reviewed by HDC and I should get an answer by next week.

HDC I believe is 212-227-5500. I tried calling but only got through once and that was before knowing about this bull of not accepting NYCHA
