There's so many mysteries lol . Did the two ladies who found out they were neighbors become friends ?Did everyone move in yet ? Is there more pictures of the apartments ? So many questions lol. ! Default New applicant

Hello 😀

I just got my first interview yesterday 8/30/2017.....as usual the lottery is a process. The management staff is very professional and polite..The developments looks very pretty, nice landscaping too.
Accesible transportation if you don't drive.
Just crossing my fingers to see if I qualify.
I only need to submit a few documents, then need to wait for a second interview.
I wish everyone good luck ..just cross our fingers. 😇🗝

I just got approved and I have to go sign the lease this week. I have a question, to the ladies who already got the apartment. Do you ladies pay for water? Also what other bills is not included in the rent? What bills are you ladies responsible to pay?

Thank you

Hi,

Congratulations on your new apartment. Just curious, how long did the process take? I went in for an interview early in September and I was told they are trying to speed up the process now. But I have not heard from then since. Can you share what your process was like?

And to answer your question, the only thing not included in the rent is electricity.
