Nope. Still waiting for HDC approval. Stanley said they sent it to them earlier this week. I'm just here waiting to exhale... I hope HDC doesn't deny me. They showed me an apartment in the Hendrix building and said the certificate should be ready soon. I was hoping to move by January but I have a feeling it won't be until February. I hope we won't need to do paper work again if it takes that long.

Are you going to appeal it? I feel like if they ask for updated stubs they'll ( another lottery) deny me because of that but it's not all the time I get overtime and it's not much

Oooo how do you mean? You just made my night!! I hope this means HDC will approve me.

I saw the apartment this week. It's nice, bedrooms and bathroom are a good size, closets and living room are kinda small, but definitely way batter than these makeshift apartments renting for double and triple the price.
