Thank you guys so much. I'm super excited. So yea my appeal was approved the same day. Whenever you write an appeal I feel it needs to be basically convincing them to give you a second chance especially if you know your credit isn't the best.

i don't think i was as convincing. my appeal was denied for making a LITTLE bit more than the maximum =(. congrats to you and I hope the rest of you receive that special call back. Its a beautiful neighborhood

I received my approval for my appeal the same day about 3 hours later thru email.
