It depends on the developer. There is a fico score for each credit bureau. I am going for two lotteries (not this one though) and one used my transunion, another did my experian. Hope this helps.

Yes I see they ran it thru experian thank god lol.... another question do you know anything about these log numbers I see higher log numbers got called before I did or it doesn't make a difference

Higher log numbers will be called before you if they are within the community board or have a disability. Those get preference before city employees and before no preference logs. You have a great number though. Which band do you qualify for and how many bedrooms are you going for ?

And is it true that they set aside certain numbers of apartments for each preference group

Try to keep inquiring with your case worker. So she can tell you when your file has been submitted to the two agencies in the city.
