Hey made a mistake I'm in the 50% bracket and question did your friend have to put deposit down now or when they receive certificate of occupancy? And did they give her a time frame for when it may receive one?
No deposit down now. When they receive certificate of occupancy then she needs first months rent security and carbon monoxide deposit. They should be receiving it soon. You can always check to see when they receive it on buildings search on nyc.gov
