I was able to see that they ran my credit report on Credit Karma. My interview was Feb 28.

So basically my time line was
Interview Feb 28
Credit ran on March 1
Denial Email on March 2
Sent in Appeal on 16
Received Appeal granted March 16
And this is what my email said

Your appeal has been reviewed and granted.

Your application will be assigned to a leasing coordinator to continue the eligibility process.

You will be contacted if additional information is needed. While you were here we completed the necessary forms to continue processing your application. We will start the verification process at this time.

Please note granting an appeal does not guarantee a unit. Applicants are processed in log number order for the units they appear eligible for.

Thanks for the break down really helps Ohh ok i called the lady after 10 days shes like if she has any questions she will contact me and then said the process can take 10-30 days i hope these are all good signs

Just got called about some paperwork I'm missing in order to send to city. Going to get that over to them by tomorrow and everything should be good to go

This is great news. The faster you get the documents over to them the faster they'll send to the city. Once you get approved all you need to wait for is the lease signing date. . Keep us posted.

Yes Mobility but I've been wait listed. There's only 1 apartment in my range and there's 4 people ahead of me.
