I'm having the exact same problem as you guys. Aaarrgh! Can log in but can't apply! When try to get the following message:
Errors:
Error retrieving applied projects.

This has been going on for several days. I will email and register my complaint.

In the meantime until they fix the problem is there another way to get a list of what lotteries are out there so we can submit paper applications - which seems like how can you ever confirm if they got there? -

If you log out of your account and click on "Search and Select Affordable Housing", you should be able to see and click on individual housing lotteries. If you scroll down on the PDF, you should see a section in blue that reads "How do you apply?" It will involve snail mail back and forth with the management company.

On a positive note, I did get a response late last night stating "Thank you for sharing and our tech team was informed. Please try again to login at a later time or date." So unless the IT staff work weekends and mothers day, I guess the earliest we can see a fix is Monday?

Enjoy your weekend and happy mothers day everyone. Hopefully come Monday, this will be fixed!

That’s good, that means that they must of gotten enough emails to realize that it was not an isolated issue to a couple of people. When they emailed me they didn’t say that they forwarded the issues to IT so fact that later in the day they said something different means that they finally listened.
