Holy crap, you guys. The NYC Housing Connect website is down EVERY DAY. It always says "Error retrieving projects" or something similar. Has anyone been able to get through?!

How do I delete my NEW ACCOUNT !
Because I only made a NEW Account DUE to trouble logging in my OLD Account/forgot password.
Now that I FINALLY accessed the OLD Account”....
I really don’t want to keep both accounts TO PREVENT ANY DISQUALIFICATION from Having 2 accounts....

You wouldn't get disqualified for two accounts, but you can get disqualified for submitting two applications for the same project. I would just forget about the account you don't want to use and stick to the one you do want to use.
No but with the 2nd Account I used”
I did however submit 2 applications for the same project” but from 2 diff accounts with My same information of who I am” adresss if where I live” Etc. So then they will know it’s Me” the same person...
Showing the same NAME & ADRESS INFORMATION”....
Applying for the same project twice” but from a different account.
Only because I couldn’t remember my log-in info” smh
So Now I’m afraid they might Disqualify me”

So i was trying to delete the last account I made because I was having trouble logging into the 1st one & I can’t. So now im afraid they might DISQUALIFY both my accounts & feel I was trying to apply twice for the same developments but from diff accounts ...
I’ve been also trying to contact them over phone to see if they can please help me delete 1 of the accounts because I applied basically twice for same projects”
