They told me that even tho i was approved that if it takes maybe a month or more for the building to get the TCO that they'll ask for updated paystubs to make sure you still qualify. So no docs aren't completely done till lease is signed
I hope they are done! lol I heard that if you get HDC approved thats it. but then i also seen on the forum that if our documents cant be older than 120 days. If so then you have to submit everything again. which sucks because its not our fault they arent ready. Lets hope this is fast i pray every single minute ����
