Okay so today February 24 I took a day off from work to go the housing partnership place to hand in my documents all to be there all of two minutes.... you sign in and give in your documents you do not see anybody and the receptionist said everything will be by email so I couldn’t ask questions he said wait for an email.... but I did look at the log in and you had to put ya log number down so I did see the log numbers are all over the place I seen a number that is 8 hundred something then a number that is like 34 so who knows his this process will go..... I’m just pissed bc I called out of work to be there for all of 2 minutes....
I’ve been lurking for quite some time thought I should finally write something. I also got the email on the 14th, and I’m waiting for next steps. Dropped off my documents last week. A little anxious, but waiting patiently.
I also went in and submitted documents. Hopefully we all hear back soon. One thing a manager stated to me over the phone was after dropping off documents, once they are reviewed I guess if they believe we qualify they will then email us to go in for an actual interview.
I've also been quietly lurking and feel I should respond. I've submitted docs, and resubmitted several time for the past 5 months. it's been moved on to phase two just yesterday so yes they are still working on it. However I was told the houses themselves are not completed, prior to corona virus I was informed completion date is looking like late fall. However I suspect construction has been affected and it may be pushed back even longer. Hope this gives you all a piece of mind. GOODLUCK to us all. Stay safe!
Stay patient, keep faith. Know that everything happens for a reason and on God's time. That's the only way I've made it this far from the moment I submitted my application almost a year ago. Don't dwell on this.

You get randomly selected and the paper work process is started by a marketing agent. If they find you eligible all the paperwork gets forwarded to HPD (funding the project) and they redetermine eligibility. If they find you elig the marketing agent them helps you through the bank process (selecting loan?) and hopefully by the time it gets to the bank they also find you eligible. Again the closing won't be for several months since the houses aren't done yet. So if you're still waiting to hear back it's still a long way to go to actually move in.
Hello has anyone been contacted by HPD to move forward with their application? They are giving me a hard time in regards to all the funds being in my account.
