Someone once posted that they had #40,XXX, and were called in for an interview due to CB preference for another lottery.. so yes, we may have a slight chance lol *fingers crossed*
I haven't seen every apartment layout in PS, but we have a studio and there is plenty of room for a dishwasher in our kitchen. The catch is that there is no existing gap for it under a counter, so it would probably require a renovation (new counters/cabinets on the currently empty wall, where we now have just the stove and an ikea kitchen cart/butcher block) to properly install one. A reno doesn't make financial sense if we can move to a 1-br in the next year or two, so hopefully our next kitchen has as much space as our current one.
i think folks are more open to moving to the bronx now. lottery numbers are getting higher
