The market rate units have Bosch appliances. I have stainless steel GE appliances. Which I’m actually extremely happy with because as I’ve mentioned in previous post, I have 2 boys. So, I buy loads of food and I feel like the high end refrigerators don’t hold enough food. My range is beautiful and I have a microwave over the range which the market rate units don’t have.

Wow! I'm living there vicariously through you @hello40kitty. Sounds like a dream come true! I'm not picky. All I need is a descent size 1 bdr for me and my son. We'll manage. Only God knows. Did you cry tears of joy? @hello40kitty
