Hey everyone! I went in today and Ms. Pena didn’t come to work. I’ll call her tomorrow and see when I can bring in the documents and sign the paperwork. She asked for update paystubs, school letter for my son, a job letter, updated notarized letters, updated bank statements and a detailed summary for any non payroll deposits. I will update again once I hand in my documents. She’s only giving me one week to hand everything in so if your log number is near 28xx and you have CB pref. start getting your stuff ready!

I got a 3 room 1BR on the D line, and measured the entry to the kitchen as 30" wide, and I *think* the doorway into the apt is 30"wide as well. I would really like a standard stove and fridge, so 30" wide each (and not counter depth). Did anyone have trouble moving a 30"w. stove or fridge into their apartment? Will the Home Depot or PC Richards delivery people take the appliance out of the box to get in the door?

I am considering putting the stove next to the sink, and then putting the fridge on the wall opposite the entryway. I think that the fridge could sit next to the stove as the space from sink to the wall is 70.5", but I may just want to squeeze a little work space on the other side of the stove. If I put the fridge next to the stove, I'm a little concerned about the door opening beyond 90 degrees to allow me to pull out crisper drawers all of the way. I'd be interested in hearing what others have done in their kitchens (the small ones with windows).

Also, has anyone mounted a microwave above the stove?

So thrilled to finally be part of Penn South!
Hey pinkandgreen,

Congratulations! It sounds like you went through the process pretty quickly.

Good luck with the furniture and appliances!
