40% with municipal preference.
I fall into the 40% bracket as well. I spoke to HPD and was told they should be done by next week with municipal preference to call back next week and check In to see if they have done so. Unfortunately there are not a lot of one bedrooms left for that bracket so I’m hoping they get to me before I have to be waitlisted. I have a very low log number but fall into general pop😒 my case worker said my file is ready to go just waiting on them to reach general pop. Good luck !!!

I would pass on it unless you are that desperate to live somewhere cheap.v

Neighborhood is very bad and has been that way for 50+ years.

I pass by every time I go to City Market (corner of Broadway and Kent). It looks like they are still doing work... I asked because I was selected for Waterline Square (months back) and the building was nowhere near completed (and still isn't). Although Waterline Square is absolutely STUNNING: It's relatively far from transportation and I was born and raised in Brooklyn (Williamsburg) so preferably I'd like to stay in BK! However, I'm in no position whatsoever to be picky

Hi:

Just updating you all again. After I submitted documents in the latter part of August,
I was asked to submit more documents last week. My file was reviewed by compliance and in their notes they requested a few more documents from me only because of new information in my case since July. I needed to clarify the new info. So I am patiently waiting to sign my documents to be sent to HPD. I have municipal preference and they are processing municipal files now.

My leasing specialist is very friendly, so that helps a lot. Again, there was a delay in June due to Community Board, but they are processing municipal files finally.

Hoping everyone is well on this journey. It's been a long one for me. Staying patient and staying positive.

Great advice is to get happy only when your keys are in your hands! Then you can celebrate!!!!
