That really sucks, sorry you had to go through such an ordeal with them.
Here's hoping that they got their act together by now.
Also if you ever run into issues with these lotteries where the marketing agent and HPD/HDC won't help reach out to the local councilmember's office.

Yes, there was a long line, (Not sure if all were our fellow future neighbors since they handle many more lotteries, but it took a little over an hour of the appointment time, which I didn't mind to be honest)). But I was wondering if anyone can lighten me up with something.
- For this specific lottery there are TWENTY SEVEN - 1 bedrooms and SEVENTY studios are available. And we already know that 50% of that goes to CB preference which is THIRTEEN - 1 bedrooms, and THIRTY FIVE studios.

- My question is WHEN the agency will start assigning apartments to LOG numbers without any preference. Once all those THIRTEEN 1 bedrooms and THIRTY FIVE studios approved for CB preferences???

- Let's say if someone with a CB preference with a HIGHER LOG # had an interview and all the paperworks are good and qualified for a studio or a 1 Bedroom, will he/she be waitlisted if 50% of the units already APPROVED or ASSIGNED?

- Also, how important is the LOG number here? Because some CB preferences take longer for an approval and some are faster. What if a SINGLE person with a higher LOG number with CB preference is approved BEFORE someone who has a bigger CB family with a lower LOG # (which MAY take a bit longer to process all the papers and additional papers may be required from school etc). Will that person be assigned a UNIT despite higher log number since all the paperworks are ready to be sent to HPD?

I'm not Seventh, but I'm speculating that any 2019 lottery winners will be added to the end of the still active 2014 list - and, therefore, those 2014 and 2019 folks are really still in the same boat - and hence, the same forum.

Personally, I originally wanted to have separate lists - mostly for tracking purposes. But I took the time to start reading at the very beginning of the forum, and I gained a LOT of good information because the 2014 list was out there.

Now I am satisfied having only one list. I just jump to page 115 or so each time and move forward.

Just my opinion... Perhaps the moderator could either add "2014-2019" to the title, or just remove the date from the title entirely.
