Screenshots from the video would work too. I'm not picky.

Me too, lol.

I am really dying to see what Penn South looks like from the inside and would greatly appreciate any insight.

I tried to post some pictures on here, but couldn’t figure it out.

You have to use a hosting service and then post the links.

Did you like what you saw? What size apartment did you get?

Hi all -- sorry to resurrect what is probably an old question, but does anyone know the formula they use for surcharges on someone who has an income over the maximum?

Thanks for the info. I’ll look into it! I live in a single core building in a D line studio with a balcony.

Congratulations, Holian on getting called.

I'm wondering if you got an email to do the pre-screening first. If so, how much time was there between turning in all the pre-screening info and getting the letter to look at apartments?

Has anyone from the 2019 lottery been called for the 2 bedrooms?

We've been checking every few weeks and have seen some movement, but it's weird seeing 44 external applicants who are active from prior to 2014 and another ~130 active from 2014 including lottery #10 from that 2014 lottery.

I am definitely seeing gaps in the numbers for 2014 so I am wondering if that means there are people who have taken themselves off, never responded with their initial thumbs up for that or were somehow screened out? Or are the people left folks who have put their applications on hold and then made themselves active again?

I know there are probably answers in this thread from the last year, but digging through them is very time-consuming and I figured it would be good to see some of the most up to date info on a fresher post?

#710 from the 2014 is the most recent one I can see listed as "On Hold". I suppose that could indicate that they have been contacted and decided to put themselves on hold? There seem to be quite a few people on hold for 2014 right now.

How on EARTH are the people from 1985 considered to be "Active"??? Are they just waiting for an apartment they know they want to be available and then switching their status or something crazy?

We were all excited for this when it all first went down. And it's been this big phhhhhhhhhht and really confusing information and lack of communication.

Any thoughts about the situation with two bedrooms or other information to help us get some clarity?
