The old rule was 50% down payment and finance the other 50% of the apartment price.
They changed it a couple years ago so you can put 25% down and finance 75%.

Hi Thwibaeltom, I haven't been called. As far as I know they're still at the end of the 2014 2BR list. I renewed my lease in March, as it will likely take a lot of time for Penn South to get to me -- probably much more than I would prefer. You may want to do the same.
