Haven’t moved in yet, but I’ve seen 3 of the apartments (even though the 2 bdr have different floor plans)
Are we able to ask for a specific unit or unit with a specific floor plan or no? The one bedrooms have 4 different plans and I really like one specific one over the other 3, but I am grateful for whichever.

I don’t think so because management told me all units have been assigned when their sent to HPD/HDC... but for other developments I’ve heard people got a chance to view at least 2 & I definitely know what you mean about liking 1 floor plan better than the others !

Thank you for explaining. Hopefully I get the floor plan I want LOL. The unit I wanted I got assigned the number directly above it (+1)
Update: People have started moving in and they’ve started taking down the scaffolding. Also downstairs in the shopping center is going to be a chipotle.
