I viewed a 1 bedroom and a studio apartment the apartments are ok but cheaply made the windows are the best part of the apartments the rooms are spacious no washer in dryer in unit

No one live here yet? The main entrance looks closed. Does anyone know if there are solid move-in dates? I called and they told me they were still waiting on the city.

Welcome! Yes people have already started to move in (read back). Next round of move in dates are May 1st and 15th. The high rise main entrance is open. Not too sure about the mid rise entrance, but I’m sure there’s another entrance door if it closed or still being worked on.

And still waiting on the city for what exactly?

I live there now.... yes they are still working on the parking lot and outside. I paid my rent and all of that. Once you sign the lease u get ur keys
