I called the number that's on their apartment website and they transferred me over to the leasing agent for the lottery.

I think some agents are still handling CB and the others are handling regular logs.

I'm processing in for a 3 bedroom 2 bath. In the 80% AMI or 50% my OT is a factor. Familiar w/ area there is homeless outreach at the station EOL Jamaica Parsons. It's run by DHS and HRA worker do OT to help out. I live in a great safe area now but I'm tired of my 2 bdRm I have special needs children and both need own room. Also having a mixed income building is ideal. My is segregated and it pisses me off. We have a gym the attached lux has a fitness center and so on. Thanks Brookfield! anyway...Lived here for four years time to move on I hope....How long are they taking now to processing once packet is complete and sent to HPD or HDC?
