Can someone give me the details on the mid-rise. I just got pre-approved for a 2 bedroom. I’ve read around that some units don’t come with all appliances, amenities aren’t the same, etc…
Can someone who lives in the mid-rise let me know what to expect?
Thanks everyone.

For those of you who have already moved into your unit how are your neighborhoods? When I went to submit my documents some of the ppl that I saw coming out of the building looked pretty sketchy.

I'm currently waiting for approval from HDC for the Mid-rise. Are there multiple laundry rooms? How is the building?
