Thanks everyone.
Congratulations! I’m in the high rise, but I know for sure that everyone’ has access to the same amenities in their buildings. Now in the apartments some finishes are different than others (stainless steel vs black) and not all units come with a microwave and that goes for both buildings. The only thing the mid rise doesn’t have is access to the high rise amenities and vice versa.

Good luck and congratulations! No. Each building has only one laundry room.

Thank you. Being that the parking needs to be paid for, are the spaces reserved? It seems like the parking is for anyone, not just the building.

They’re not reserved and yes it’s for everyone, but it’s valet and you can text them to let them know to pull your car out when you’re heading over. It’s also not 24 hours so keep that in mind if you’ll be going out late.

Just got approved for a 1 bedroom in the high rise and I will sign my lease tomorrow. Just wanted to know if anyone who lives in the building know if management will allow me to bring in my own appliances like stove, fridge and dishwasher.
