I have CB preference but my log is 35, xxx ! I don’t think they will get to me. Does anyone have their phone number? I want to see how many CB applicants there are.

Lol yeah knew it would be a long shot for me anyways. I have learned that in order to be processed with absolutely no preference certain factors need to be true, like

1. a large number of units left available to GP which in this case there isn't because there's only 35 units in the whole lottery

2. Qualify for the higher AMIs 130% and up most people in those AMI hardly ever bother with lotteries so they are harder to fill. Lower AMIs are always filled and very easily

3. and last have a number in the 200s or low to maybe be processed if there's only a small amount of unit and 2000s and low if there's a large amount of units left for GP.

If you have preferences, essentially you get moved to the front of the line. Although they still go in order of numbers lowest to highest, your chances are much better if you have CB preference, or any preference.
For example; my log # is 14XX, but they will get to your application before mine because I don't have any preferences.

I applied back in April. I really need to get in. Really badly. My current rent is $1250 and I just lost one of my jobs (I have three part-time jobs). I love the Convivium building and amenities. They just updated the website too: https://www.conviviumnyc.com/
I pray that I get it lest be homeless. :-(

Do you have CB preference? Depending on your number, that will help your chances.
