I emailed to ask for an update and they said they can’t give updates until the review is complete. They also mention that documents were received from lots of people so there seems to be a backup…

Got an email offer today for 130% AMI, 2-bedroom, CB preference, log#19xxx

Also from the email with the following info:
40% AMI, studio, 14 units available
60% AMI, studio, 7; 1B, 1; 1B, 5
130% AMI, 2B, 4

They asked for my documents on sep 3rd. i have CB preference log # 32xxx. Sent them in before the deadline havent heard anything yet. Also does anyone know what to do if up until 2020 I was listed as a dependent on my dads taxes because I just graduated this May so I didnt know what to submit for the 1040 so i sent my dads to show that I was a dependent in 2020. is that bad lol

Also there was 8 studios at 40% AMI, 3 at 60% and four 2 bedrooms at 130% left according to that email.

Really sad :/ Got an email today after submitting docs saying
“ Although we requested your documents, the 18 apartments available for applicants with lower log numbers than yours have satisfied the community board preference.

YOUR APPLICATION WILL REMAIN ON THE LOTTERY LOG.

Your application will remain on the lottery log and you may be called again if we reach your log number when we reach out to Municipal Employee or non-preference New York City applicants.”

Super bummed about this. :/ Any thoughts?

Received a weird email today regarding this lottery asking if I was still interested and if so to respond incase my log number is reached. Didn’t know they did that but we’ll see where that goes.
