Hi everyone, Im not sure where best to ask this question but what does being submitted to HPD mean? Is that a good thing? Can i still be declined at this point?

Yes That’s a good Thing! That means that the selecting coordinators do believe that you qualify for an apartment after reviewing your documents but they just need the final approval From HDP. It’d probably be some wild reason that’d make you get deny but most likely you’re going to get the approval. But keep in mind although you can get approved you can still get put onto a waiting list which I hope doesn’t happen to you and congratulations on making it to the almost final step of this long process!
