I agree. Its pretty high even with preference. I also work for the city. Maybe its the combo municipal/CB situation. Highly doubtful, though.

Highly doubtful they combine preferences (CB/Municipal), in my opinion.

Phase 2 log# 5*** CB7 preference.

I think since they are going in order of log numbers now (phase 1), if there is any bedrooms by the time they reach your log for phase 1 I'm sure they will contact you.

For phase #2 i'm in the 25,XXX. I wont even hold my breath for it.

However, i was reached out with a denial letter for Phase 1 Log 29XX no preference and I appealed. Waiting for the status but once January comes, I'll start causing mayhem because i have a feeling they are just ignoring the appeals if it doesn't suit their qualifications.

Im going for a studio + 1 bedroom either or.

Im wishing you much success, please keep us posted about your journey esp if you they show you 2,3 possible apts!
