My log number is 14x. So I really have my fingers crossed for this one. No 50% community preferences is giving me a little hope. I’m really praying this one works out for me.

Hello, I received an email for an eligibility interview for the 7 Dekalb location.

Does anyone know if the lottery apartments offer Veteran's Preference?

Thanks for any feedback.

7 Dekalb is City Point Tower One, which I just recently bumped the thread up onto the first page. Anyway, no, only Mitchell Lamas have veteran's preference.

Hello,
Do all 1 Flatbush Ave two bedroom apartments have two bathrooms, or is it just the market price apartments that have two bathrooms?
Thanks!

I took a look at the official 1 Flatbush Ave website.

The layout show only 2 bedroom and 2 bath floor plans.

But when I click virtual tours they did show 2 bed with 1 bath options.

So maybe only 2 bedroom and 2 bath are available at the market rate right now, but it seem both options are available.

I just got a rejection notice saying I make too much.
But I have a verified letter from the company showing the exact amount I made so far and each paystub listed. So I am praying that enough because i truly don’t make the amount they stated. Hopefully it doesn’t take too long to hear back from them.

Hey! Good luck. What log# were you around, and do you know which company is handling the lottery. The last lottery I went thru, the company was terribly disorganized so I'm hoping it's not them. Thanks!

Just got an email asking for documents (my log is 46,xxx, no pref) - said only 130% AMI studios are left, everything else is gone. Not pursuing it since the rent is way high for me.
