I applied for so many apartments the past 4-5 years. I never lost hope. I knew in my heart. I always envisioned myself walking in the apartment every time I pressed APPLY. As a single mom I just want to provide a nice place for my son. Keep applying. I had so many high numbers. Like 103,569. Iam hoping this is the one.

That's a good log number to have with CB. I would get the paperwork going and keep my finances as simple as possible, no deposits, no cash app, no apple pay etc for a while.

You will get your apartment. My son is 7 and he is ready for his own room.I just got a new bed so I can move to the living room. Don´t give up. I got one apartment last year, but it was very small, far from my job and more expensive.It was hard to pass up. But I knew God had a better plan for me. And I am sure whoever got that apartment is happy. You will get the perfect place.

It could be, but if you take into consideration that this building has preferences, they could easily reach his/her number without available units depending on his AMI range and the number of units for that range.
I have a similar log # for another lottery without CB preference, and even then, I am not 100% certain that I will get apt, but let's keep our fingers crossed!

100% bracket. So after CB there is only 4-5 units available. I also fall on 165% for 1 bdr. 1 bdr is not ideal but I will take it if the apartment is large.
