Hopefully someone with preference can keep us updated. I understand the process can take up to 10 months so I feel I have plenty of time to save up money for movers and the deposit.

Did anybody notice that they revised the income eligibility for this apartment while the listing was up on housing connect.I initially qualified and when i looked back they changed the qualifications so now i don't and i'm bummed.

Sorry to hear that! Whats your log#? This process takes several months even year. By the time your serial comes may be your income will be eligible again

I am still waiting. I got an email from another development - 2338 Second Ave but for a 1bdr. My number is 4xx. Currently I live in 1bdr in Rego Park/Queens so I feel I should stay put and wait for a 2bdr.
