Sorry I read it wrong , you’re correct they haven’t actually reviewed your application until it says “In Process” and then if you meet the requirements it will say “Action Required”.
On my Housing Connect Portal today, 6 new applications appeared under my "My Applications" folder. Each application had a different application # and were listed under "66 AINSLIE STREET ML-3H."
The applications are still in the pending section, however, it says in the lottery, "You have been selected to be considered for a re-rental unit in this development. Please see the project details below and respond to the document request if you are interested." There were no document requests that I could find on the site and I didn't receive any emails about this.
Did anyone else ever get something like this before, or for this specific rental? What should I do, and is there anyone I should contact to confirm if I need to submit any documents? Any help would be really appreciated, as I'm new to the Housing Connect portal. Thanks!
It just means that they pulled a list of seemingly eligible people from the HC database to work from for a re-rental. If they get to your "number" they will request documents. Since it is usually only one or a couple of apartments, chances are you won't get a request for documents. If you don't want to be considered for re-rentals, there's something in your profile settings you can uncheck.
