I follow the building on StreetEasy and the building seems to have plenty of market rate apartments available.

I agree lol - I'm curious to know if they start reaching out to individuals that are eligible for studios and 1bed first and then work their way up to 2beds and 3 beds.

Yea, im going for a one bedroom 54 units! And 29 studio units, thats alot of units to be filled, considering all the vacant market rate apartments, i feel like we should’ve been picked already. I applied early.

Same here - I applied 08/18 - Same day it launched. Let's be hopeful we get contacted sometime this month.
At their seminar they stated they do about 20-40 applications a month.

I applied 10/13. Five days before deadline. Contacted 11/17. Eligible for studio or one bedroom. The date you apply doesn’t matter for housing lotteries. As long as you meet the deadline. All the applications are then randomized and selected for further processing with lowest log numbers contacted first. Unfortunately it seems we cannot know our log number anymore...

Congratulations! and thank you for the details

Can you tell me which marketing agency is handling the lottery for One Blue Slip?

You mentioned they didn't provide a deadline to submit documents - are they responsive?

I was recently contacted by The Dime and submitted all the requested documents. Communication isn't so great! She finally responded after almost 2.5 weeks requesting to consent to a credit check or providing rental receipts. I asked where my application stands ... no response.

I keep seeing that people are getting contacted for lotteries and moving in as fast as 3-4 weeks after interview.
