In the past lotteries the log numbers were still randomized. So you could apply on the first day the lottery launches and get number 50,000 lol. And someone else who applied the last day could get number 10. It’s random. And number 10 will be contacted before you. in the past we could actually see our number though. Now we have no idea what number we drew.
I was trying to upload a pic of the email they sent me. But city data is not allowing it. The email came directly from hpd.nyc.gov stating “document request” in the subject line. Then in the body of the email is said my application number, the name of the lottery “one blue slip”, and below that it requested like a dozen different documents needed to submit. And there was no contact information at the end of the email. I haven’t tried to contact them.
So I’m not sure which marketing agency is handling it...
To Citygal234 comment, on my dashboard the status of the lottery changed to Action Required at that time. On the main lottery card "show required documentation" appeared (and this is the list from the marketing handbook). Also, there are four tabs as you click on the lottery application on your dashboard. The Comment tab was how the marketing agent communicated with me (and I never received other updates on email) and the Contact tab was populated and I knew what marketing agent that was.
@Adambynum8 I just moved in but in the past week a lot of people have move in/out I can see the moving trunk from my windows. the building has been open for about 2 years now so there a decent amount of traffic but overall great so far from the view and the building amenities
hoping to get picked from the lottery would be a great place to stay longterm!
I have provided documents . That’s a very nice building according to reviews
