Hey Adam,

I was able to find the answer to your question. Someone else had the same question and i just copied another person's response: "They are basically confirming the work of housing specialist that processed your paperwork on behalf of the landlord. Primary is that income and assets are listed and calculated accurately, legit family composition, you currently live where you say you do, and that there are no red flags in the criminal background check that would make you a potentially undesirable tenant."

I hope this helps.

Hey there - Congrats!

Wait until you hear back from your agent in regards to your application process. If all is well with the documents submitted then reach out to your current landlord/management and let them know you may be breaking lease. Some landlords do not penalize you for breaking a lease. They'd appreciate a heads up.

Let us know how the process goes. It's a beautiful building. We're patiently waiting to be reached lol

I’m also waiting to hear back from One Blue Slip. I had my interview at the end of December. May I ask what your log numbers are?

Hi there - Congrats!

I wasn't reached out yet - Still patiently waiting. Have you tried contacting the agent in regards to your application status? Someone mentioned that they're agency is short staffed as to why is may take a little longer. Remain positive and continue reaching out to them.
