So just an update. I finally got keys in hand today and signed the lease. So glad I chose SI because it's so quiet and chill. The apartment is so spacious and the buildings are clean and parking is definitely available.
Thanks! Nice! They are working girl yours is coming soon I'm telling you. The housing Assistant who showed me the apartment said he had 5 viewings today so they are backed up but they're working.

congratulations girl.since june 1 i pay one month rent and one month deposit money order that have already been cashed by nycha but still waiting for the apartment to be repaired
So i applied with nycha in october 2017, finally got interview march 2021 and selected development in april (manhattan), its been 3 month and no news no letters. I called the office lady s extra rude hang up on me or saying some people wait 5 years till view apt its all computerized. Does anyone knows how long it takes to get the key or see apt?? My status said certified

So basically u have to wait until it say selected and it’s no exact time when that is . Every one case is different some get selected faster than others . I’m still waiting to I’m certified to Brooklyn since March and it’s under DV and I’m still waiting
