That's great, congrats!!! Hopefully I'll be signing a lease soon. I'm waiting on HPD approval.
It will come! I had to send some documents twice because I forgot to get one notarized but the approval took 5 days. It's forever when you're waiting but quick considering we've been waiting since January!
Also everyone I realized that me and my sister all in the videos I took and we're having a full blown conversation with each other in all of the videos lol. I'm trying to stay anonymous so I'll make more videos when I move in
