I tried to reach the apt sq ft but can't find them.
What I'm finding out in apt sizes have gone down in new buildings.

In older apts:
Studios 400-500 sq ft
One bedroom 700-900 sq ft.
Two bedrooms 1000-1200 sq ft

New Apts
Studios 300 sq ft
One bedroom 500-600 sq ft
Two bedroom 700-800 sq ft.

The dimensions of these apartments are on the floor plans shown in the Housing Connect listing. One seems OK with a living area at 19'4x12, another is small but within average 16'9x11"4 (but includes kitchen floor space) and the others are just plain tiny - 12'3x10, 11'6x7'10, and then supertiny 10'9x5'7.

It's on the right hand side of the Housing Connect listing. Website has a few more listed though, including a poker lounge and golf simulator.
