So Tuesday, I did a drive by of this place. It is across the street from 2 other lotteries and right near the tracks. My issue with this is LIC is already a nightmare for parking and I don't want to give up my car. Plus being next to the tracks means I can't have my window open--the dust and the noise...ugh. Plus the school I'm zoned for is already overcrowded. This is hard for me to decide on cause my lil girl has asthma and I don't want to take her somewhere MORE dusty. IF they hit us up, AND a 2br is not 600 sq ft, AND not on the train side ...ugh
