Very nice. I applied as I live nearby and, this would be only 2 subway stops from where I currently reside. They still got work to do with the area as, the Methadone patients still frequent the area!

yes they do...
those murals under the bridge on 138th are fire... I particularly like the red, white, and black one
So, I ran a 10k from the Bronx to Randalls Island then, walked back 2.5 miles. I walked past the building still under construction but noted a completion date of Fall 2021 which makes sense. It looks almost complete and, just probably putting the finishing touches on it. While walking back, I also noticed the construction up the block was supposed to be complete May 2020. Guess they missed that milestone but, I remember COVID freezing alot of construction projects. Taking in the whole neighborhood, you can see all of the changes from the rezoning. Another high rise nearing completion on 144th St. A few more coming along, right next to 276 and, a few starting on Gerard and Walton Aves nearby. There's even projects starting on the waterfront on 149th St. Long overdue but, I fear this will have the same effect pushing out locals that happened in Brooklyn!

They seem to be putting the finishing touches on the building. One really notices it now on the exit on 138th St. South bound on the Design. Today, they even blocked off the Grand Concourse right @ 138th St. For a crane. It was poor planning IMHO as, the Yankees are in town and, the last thing you need to do is shut down that road during PM rush hour but, you gotta breaks eggs to make omelets!
I applied but these lotteries need to end sooner as they end up as "Units Still Available" anyway.
