I received my call for more docs last week. anyone remember how long it took from the signing of the rest of the forms (including house asset forms) to them going to HPD?
So far timeline
4/18 initial email asking for docs
5/25 received call to go over what I sent in and received more ppwk to sign
Just received an APPROVAL e-mail! In the email, the apartment unit is stated as well as the rent and security deposit amount. Also states that there will be a charge for each adult for background check.
Now I just have to make an appointment to view the apartment.

Congrats!! Happy to hear everything worked out after the lengthy process. I submitted docs on 5/13. Log # 14,xxx with CB preference so keeping my fingers crossed.

I first submitted documents in March, phone interview was in April, a couple of document requests in April and May. Signed quite a few documents in May. One last document request was submitted around mid-May.
I have scheduled a viewing next week.
Btw, they did include floor plans of my unit in the approval email.

I got a 3 bedroom unit.
I’m curious about one thing- I fell into 2 AMI brackets but was chosen for the higher bracket hence higher rent. I wonder if I can dispute that so I fall into the lower bracket…?
