It looks like Apex 2 is still unoccupied, but I have seen lights on in a few apartments at night. If they began the process of contacting applicants earlier this year—which they did—I believe there may be a long road ahead for the application process.

Thank y'all!! I saw the apartment today and it wasn't the same as the Floor Plan but I still accepted it. now I wait for confirmation on when I can go in for paperwork

6/6/23 - Received email for supporting documents
6/15/23 - finished upload documents
7/7/23 - received email saying limited units and processed as backup
Oh okay thank you for sharing. I’m in the 50-60% AMI and it’s only me. My log is under 1000. The pool is much larger for me so I guess they’re out of studios/one bedrooms
