Yes, Soho and this building are in Community Board 2 I believe. Follow the instructions and submit documents. If you don’t submit documents or have them already in your profile you will not get a unit in the building. But submitting documents and completing the application only means you qualify to get a unit not that you have won a unit. They typically ask more people to submit documents than there are units because not every person will reply or accept a unit, but they will not ask too many people because that makes extra work. It’s a bit like interviewing many people for one job.
I have no idea, I emailed the marketing agent today and I am hoping to get an answer. Not sure how responsive they are
