You got this! Their management team is very nice too. You'll probably speak with someone named Devin she's awesome.

Yes! I love her! I've been in contact with her. She was actually more responsive than the agent i was working with at OBS.

Didn't apply to this because the rent was too damn high for me but there's some amazing log numbers here - good luck everyone, it looks like a great building.

Yup you will definitely get called. It is really matter of which room. The rate for studio and 1 bed so slim that everyone will take the 1 beds. I think the Promenade (brother building of OBS and TBS) will also have lottery next year so for those folks not getting TBS offers.

Quick question - let’s say TBS sends out batch of doc request to lets say log 101 to 200. Does everyone have to wait til the process for Log 101 is done before moving forward? I am wondering what happens if 101 takes longer than expected while 102 is all set and approved. Does 102 have to wait to pick the unit 101 is all 100% completed?

I think 101 has to make a decision before 102 can (if they both have dibs on the unit and are both approved). That's why there are strict time limits so if no decision is made you therefore forfeit and they move on.

If 101 didn't finish their process and is not yet approved, 102 probably has to still wait even if done, but 101 can't just sit there not doing anything because of the time limits.

Market rate prices for 1 bedrooms are mostly 5k to 6k. Wow! Is Greenpoint that popular? or just this building?
