Yup I do agree that it is definitely on the higher side as it only offers 130 AMI. On the flip side, the market rate is 4600-5400 so a good 50% discount. $100 for the gym is a hard no-no.

That's $100 per month right?

Wonder if they offer discounts for the renters who get affordable units.

Yup it is per month. The gym is really small without many equipments.

I'm 3XXX; looks like I'll need to make a pros and cons list since I just got approved for 70 havemeyer. TBS looks way nicer but the location and gym fee are big drawbacks for me.

Excited to hear opinions and updates from others with lower log numbers!

I think the biggest factor is transportation. And that's really an indiviual issue. If are mostly working from home, then TBS for sure. But if you have to head into an office somewhere, that might suck depending on where the office is.

70 Havemeyer is a pretty good location, I'm not too far from that currently. Lots of shops/restaurants and close to Wholefoods. Train stations close by.

Log number 3xx. Are there any other amenities included in the $100 per month? I thought this building had an outdoor pool. It does look like a very nice building, I’ll have to go look at the location though. Not sure about a long walk to the G as the closest train option.

Yes it has an outdoor pool. Looks nice but pointless in the winter.

Hey-just came back from traveling abroad. Yeah, I applied for this one too & my log is 8xx. I will share when I get contacted, I won't move forward of course. Good luck!
