Log 11xx. I would love to see the loft studios. I need to keep my rent bill less than 2k so the loft studio might be a good fit for me and my son. Hopefully the living room is large enough to have a separate bed area + a sofa. Currently I live in a alcove studio in Rego Park but because the apartment is very large I was able to carve a bedroom for my son and for myself.

I saw the unit in person and it is large enough to fit both a bed area and a couch.

Are you interested in the studio, 1 bed or 2?

Hi! New to this forum. Just joined NYC Housing Connect, and got Log#2 on this one! Number 2!!!

Unfortunately, right now i'm making less than the minimum... anybody know if they will still contact me/how quickly ? ( My girlfriend is looking for a new job, and might put us over the edge for the household :0 )

Many posters say never reveal your exact log #. FYI. I suppose to keep your identity guarded.

Does this lottery use preferences? And, do you qualify for preferences? If there are preferences and you don’t have any, other log#s with preferences come ahead of you even if you have a super low log#.

Did you and your girlfriend apply together as one household? I don’t know if they let you switch your application at this point. Be sure and ask.

You might seek out help from a Housing Ambassador.

As for income. Read this and gain knowledge. There is a table of contents. Try page 43.
