It does seem random. Although as, the originator of this very thread can tell you, if Housing Connect screws up doling out the numbers, you'll get a very high draw. My personal experience has been varied. Applied early to one and, got a terrible (17×××) number and applied the last day of one and got a (36×) number.

Anyone else get an email from MHANY Management giving the deadline date for this and 196 Willoughby Street? I never signed up to get emails from them so idk why or how they are contacting me.

What I noticed is the affordable apartments at 196 willoughby isn't the same as market rate

I noticed that too. The finishing and quality of the appliances are different. Not bad but very different.

Can someone send some links? I'm curious. Considering even the affordable rent iirc is 2500/2700, which is on the high end for 130 AMI.. it would be disappointing if they're too different.

I would also like to know how people have figured this out! Is it just from the pics on the lottery page? In which case, it doesn't look exactly bad(is it a difference between having a marble kitchen island vs having a cheaper wood one, for example?)
