I did that because I had been offered a job that was ft vs my pt job. So I applied for aprtments with that income. the irony for me is that once I got into the higher income bracket I got called for like 5or more that I had applied for previously when i made less and I was no longer eligible. It was just so frustrating because i had better options and a few were call backs from waiting lists but my income had changed and you know what that is life. You got to keep living it and sometimes things pan out other times not at all.
If your log # has been reached for processing and the household income listed in your profile is below the minimum income required for the specific lottery then yes the Housing Connect system will find you "Ineligble" for that lottery (unless you have a housing subsidy).
But, if you received an increase in income since you submitted your application and your log # has not yet been processed the changes will be visible for that lottery. Hopefully, those income changes are within the minimum and maximum income ranges in order for the system to find you "Eligible" by the time your log # is reached for that specific lottery.
