It could be the valves are off under the sink. I wonder if that is it. I am going to also address this. People who live there seem to say it works but you need to run it and when it's more at capacity and it won't be where we have to run it?

I am glad you like it! Were you one of the CB? winners? I also had Nami and she was very nice! I also saw it when it was so gloomy! I think the modern-ness of the building may mak eit feel not as homey right now? That and not too many people there and construction?
Of course!!

Yes we definitely need to address this and if we are several there complaining hopefully that helps! I was getting super worried but right now not as much.

I'm one of the CB winners yes and it seems like one of the last ones!

And yes for sure that's probably it - to be honest it's really a non issue it's literally brand new so it's great!! What's your move in date?? I asked for December 1st.

New buildings can still have problems & it’s okay to speak up about them.

Quick question for anyone in the building - I understand you can either have Spectrum or Verizon for internet. Is the Verizon option Fios, or is it the 5G Home Internet option? Can’t get a clear answer online… what internet provider did you guys choose and how is it thus far? Had Spectrum years ago at an old apartment and it… wasn’t great lol.
Thanks guys! Signing the lease tomorrow

Yes, hopefully all this water stuff isn't so bad. I feel like we would see a ton of complaints on here if current tenants didn't have hot water?

I think I am moving in on the 7th or the 10th. Depends on when my mover guys are able to! Honestly having a kitchen no one ever touched or a bathroom is pretty cool!

Well there were definitely a few complaints on here so I want to be mindful... Just hope it gets resolved with enough of complaining. But management is apparently very slow. Ultimately it helps manage my expectations, trying to stay realistic. Regardless, nothing beats the price so I decided to roll with the punches and if it goes badly it will be a lesson learned. I still feel very lucky.

Oh nice!! Of November ? Are you using Piece of cake movers ?

Yes the kitchen is the best thing in the whole aparrment seriously!!! Love it!!!
