I'm CB1. Thanks for the tip! I am currently in a rent-stabilized 1BR in Astoria, so I don't have a bad deal. Would love for this 30th Dr. apartment to work out though, or I also applied to Centennial. Both would be great for shortening my commute (via ferry). Waiting on log numbers for both.

89-28 138th Apartments , I looked at it last week rooms is too small and it’s too much traveling for me I work in Williamsburg but I don’t know yet I might have to take it don’t know my chances with rise
@ Sarah Mills I just send documents for that one Queens. Which one was you going for 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom also did they tell you the square feet. I had read it was 750 Square also is it a duplex. It’s laundry room there. I don’t mean ask some questions but I really ready to this is my last hope being it is not CB preference any information. Would help thanks also lot of utilities involved.
Hey, I was going for a 1 bed room I don’t think the lady told me the square foot but it’s almost 1800$ For a 1 bed room it’s no washer and dryer and for that price I really want Amenities. I can stay in Long Island city but my building by sven living conditions is really getting bad I don’t know what to do anymore I’m tired of waiting
