Did they by any chance give you a deadline to sign the forms? Trying to see if maybe that’ll tell me a timeline of when I know for sure I’m out of luck.

They didn’t, but I figured the sooner the better so they could get my file over to HPD for approval. Based off the other forums, it seems as if they give applicants about 5 days or so to respond. If that is the case, it is possible that you may be in the next batch.
